Toro Opens at The St. Regis Kanai in Riviera Maya, Mexico

Toro by Chef Richard Sandoval aims to create an elevated but approachable, contemporary, and global expression of Latin cooking without borders.

In local tradition, all dishes are intended to be shared and enjoyed with classic Latin cocktails – mojitos, margaritas – all hand-muddled with fresh fruits, herbs and vegetables to create a celebration of Latin cuisine.
