Bee Mine Cocktail

Ingredients

1½oz. Rosehip infused Blanco Tequila
¾oz. Raspberry/Orange Honey Syrup*
1 Strawberry quartered, muddled
¾oz. Lime juice
½oz. Pineapple juice

For the Raspberry/Orange Honey Syrup
1 cup Clove Honey
1 cup Water
½ cup ripe Raspberries
1 tbsp orange zest

Directions

  1. Make the Raspberry/Orange Honey Syrup: Combine in a pot, add medium-high heat, bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat once raspberries have broken up andreleased their color. Allow to sit for 20 minutes, strain into a clean container. Use within 2 weeks.

  2. Make the cocktail: Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a strawberry wedge.
